Welcome to the
Trail Report For: Jan 9, 2019
Snow Cover: 4"- 6"
Trail Conditions: Good
Trails in Sugar Camp have improved this week with a few inches of snow on Monday. Groomers have been back out panning and getting the trails in shape. Most swampy areas have been groomed, although there are still a few areas where that have yet to freeze. These are short sections that will have to be tolerated for the time being, so use care and maintain slow speed in these areas.
Lakes are marked and safe to cross but please stay close to the barrels. Remember all intersections are marked with 3-digit numbers in case of emergency so that you can pinpoint your exact location.
As always PLEASE stay on marked trails and don't forget to purchase your annual trail pass and support a club. Remember nighttime speeds limits are 55 mph.
